Teacher Training

Our teacher training courses are aimed to install in our student teachers, the highest quality of teaching practice.

You will be given all the necessary tools to help you start your own class with the skills and confidence to build your own yoga following.

Join our combined BWY Diploma and Certificate Course starting in April 2024.

Yoga is flexible

Yoga can be fast or slow, strong or gentle, active or passive. Yoga is great as a physical practice, but it can be so much more. It’s about finding the right combination to suit you.

Some of us are no longer tied to their work, or dependent families and are becoming more concerned as to their physical and mental well-being.

We help put these benefits into effect by guiding our students through posture, breath, relaxation and meditation practices. In doing so we seek to formulate these practices to suit the needs of the individual, so they feel happy and comfortable and of course….enjoy!
