Our teacher training courses are aimed to install in our student teachers, the highest quality of teaching practice.
You will be given all the necessary tools to help you start your own class with the skills and confidence to build your own yoga following.

Each one of us is a unique individual. Some of us work under great pressure whether it is in the workplace, or looking after your family or coping with illness. Some of us are no longer tied to their work, or dependent families and are becoming more concerned as to their physical and mental well-being.
Yoga has proven physical and mental therapeutic benefits.
We help put these benefits into effect by guiding our students through posture, breath, relaxation and meditation practices. In doing so we seek to formulate these practices to suit the needs of the individual, so they feel happy and comfortable and of course….enjoy!
